Philip Stein watches are renowned for their sleep inducing properties - but a recent review in the Financial Times is bound to raise interest as it introduced the first evidence to back up the long standing claims.
A recently published study, commissioned by the watch maker and published in Sleep Diagnosis and Therapy Journal, has provided the first clinical evidence that Philip Stein watches featuring Natural Frequency Technology provide improved sleep.
The randomised, double blind, placebo-controlled study, authored by renowned sleep specialist Michael J. Breus, shows that study participants who wore Philip Stein timepieces fell asleep faster, stayed asleep longer and felt more refreshed in the morning.
The evidence was put to the test by Sam Hopkins of the Financial Times who road-tested the watch for the newspapers’ Style section and found that he had improved sleep during the time he was wearing the watch.
