France Overcome Wales to Remove Last ‘Home Nation’ From Rugby World Cup

Wales will face off against the ‘Wallabies’ in the Bronze Medal Final of the Rugby World Cup. The game, timed by TAG Heuer, is set to take place on Friday morning on in New Zealand’s largest city, Auckland.

The loss of the semi-final against France in a narrow 9-8 defeat signalled the end of the Welsh dreams of capturing the Webb Ellis Cup. The Welsh team had been hotly tipped in the tournament and were considered one of the few teams whose skill and playing style could have matched the powerful New Zealand ‘All Blacks’

The host nation reached the final by crushing Australia 20-6.

The remaining two games, the third place run-off and the final itself will both feature timing from the experts at TAG Heuer. The precision timing of TAG Heuer is used in a number of sports as well as rugby. The timing systems are particularly popular in motorsports.
