As the Formula One competition heats up along with the weather, TW Steel has announced one of the sport's most iconic figures as its latest Brand Ambassador.
13-time Formula One Grand Prix winner, David Coulthard, joins the ever-growing roster of Global Brand Ambassadors for the international watch brand, which specialises in oversized watches.
Coulthard, who became a Formula One hero in the mid-90s, will sport the TW Steel brand on his race helmet as he returns to the international motorsport arena to compete in the German-based DTM Series for Mücke Motorsport.
Coulthard said: "I'm excited to be partnering with TW Steel in what's definitely a new chapter of my career. It's great to be racing in the DTM Series, I'm enjoying the challenge of something new and exciting and similarly I'm happy to be representing TW Steel as I compete."
TW Steel, which celebrates its fifth anniversary in 2010, is itself the ‘Official Timing Partner' to the Renault F1 team.
