Japanese Watchmaker Casio Watches has announced the extension of its partnership with current Formula One World Champions Red Bull Racing. The new deal will see the timepiece manufacturer remain as a team partner for the 2012 season as both the team and German driver Sebastian Vettel attempt to win the World Championship for the third consecutive year.

As a result of this sponsorship the Casio Watches logo will continue to appear on racing suits worn by both Sebastian Vettel and his teammate, the Australian racing driver Mark Webber. The Casio Watches logo will also stay on the nose sections of the team’s racecars.

The Red Bull Racing team first came to Formula One in 2005, rising from the ashes of the Jaguar team which was sold by brand owner Ford. In the last two seasons, the team captured double titles, winning both the Formula One Constructors’ Championship and helping Vettel to win the Formula One Drivers’ Championship.
