The Swatch Watches sponsored FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour has returned from its enforced two week break with the last joint men and women’s tournament of the season. The Orlen Grand Slam in Stare Jablonki, Poland is set to run until August 19th.
In the recent London events, tour favourites Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh of the United States won their third consecutive first place medal in the final over Jennifer Kessy and April Ross. For the men, Julius Brink and Jonas Reckermann of Germany claimed gold by defeating Alison Cerutti and Emanuel Rego of Brazi.
