I would like to convey my gratitude for the above order, which you sent without charge. It arrived safely today's date and I was extremely impressed with your service. The parts were for the bracelet of my watch which I had received as a present some time ago. The bracelet appeared to have shrunk over the years. (I refuse to admit the it could be caused by weight gain). Prior to contacting yourselves, I had tried another couple of websites for assistance, but they were not interested in even supplying a new bracelet as I had not purchased the watch from them. Therefore it was extremely gratifying to receive your helpful and pleasant response to my original enquiry, stating you could supply me with two links, free of charge. My only regret was that I was not placing a substantial order with your company. However I have bookmarked your web address on my computer and if in the future I am looking to purchase a new watch, your company will be given first consideration. Once again, thank you. Feedback: Order received today; my that was quick, 10 out of 10 for delivery and another 10 for delivering to Shetland without imposing a large P & P surcharge as many firms do; just to rip us off, I have been quoted up to £10.50 for a package such as this.
The watch looks very good just what I need; only time it's self will tell whether it's up to the mark or not.

Today, I received a letter from you stating I had ordered goods from your site but had asked for them to be delivered to a different address to my billing address. You state your policy is not to deliver to such an address.

Thanks to your company policy you have prevented a fraud being committed. I have not been to your website (sorry about that) and had not ordered anything. Someone has managed to get hold of my details and is trying to use them to purchase items online. I have now contacted my credit card provider and they have cancelled the card. I would like to thank-you for putting in place an effective security policy and congratulate you on being so diligent.
