6) Placing An Order
For further information on placing an order online, please see our ‘buying online’ section.We can only accept orders from and to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and those international countries specified.
After placing an order online we will email you a confirmation of your order as soon as possible. This email will confirm what you have ordered and the price. This is not an order acceptance from us.
When we despatch your order we will send you a despatch confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email marks our formal acceptance of your order and our obligation to complete the contract.

If a different delivery address has been requested we reserve the right to send a letter to the billing address to confirm order details.
We do not have to accept your order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done for example if:

- Payment has been made using a card not issued in a country we dispatch to.
- There is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product.
- The items ordered are no longer in stock or available.

Details of the products and services you have purchased from The Watch Hut are emailed to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order. 8) Our Products
All products are subject to availability which is subject to change.
We are unable to ship the following watch brands outside of the United Kingdom: Citizen and Guess.
We are unable to ship the following watch brands outside of the European Union: Omega, Swatch and Tissot.
Products shown will not be actual size, where available approximate measurements are provided.
All colours are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow.
We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary or to conform with any changes in UK or EU requirements.
We try to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.
All items will be supplied in our own packaging or branded packaging from suppliers.
Not all of our stores stock all of the products on our website. Please contact us for details of the brands stocked at your nearest store.
9) Pricing And Payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Where applicable delivery costs will be added to the total price of the goods.

The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you placed your order, including any additional delivery costs if applicable.
10) Cancelling An Order Placed
Your order is covered by a statutory 7 day cooling off period. This offer runs in parallel with and is in addition to our standard 30 day returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected by our additional returns policy.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good at any time within the 'cooling off period' of seven working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium. You must send the goods back to us at your own cost.
If, after placing your order, you wish to cancel, it is best to do so as soon as possible. Cancelling the item before dispatch will minimise any inconvenience or the need to return packages.
If you do wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us as soon as possible via phone on 01384 721555. You will need to quote your order number and confirm your name and address details that you will have received via email.
Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched before you contact us then you will be unable to cancel it and will have to return it for a refund (see our Delivery and Returns policy for details).
11) Delivery
We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by the delivery carrier or ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for.
As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by either UK Mail or Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for them.
Orders placed using the 'Checkout with Amazon' option may take longer to process, even if they may qualify for free next day delivery when purchased directly through the Watch Hut checkout.
