Once you've decided on the watch you would like to purchase, click the 'Add to Bag' button. You will then be taken to your personal shopping basket to complete your order.
From your personal shopping basket, you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout where you can complete your order.
Enter any promotional codes you have, and 'apply'. You will also need to select which delivery option best suits your needs, and proceed to the next stage of checkout.
To make the ordering process even easier, if you're a new customer you'll be asked to set up an account and register your details with us - it only takes a few moments. This will then allow you to make future orders more easily. Alternatively you can use your account if you have one, or an account with our other payment options (Paypal or Amazon).
Once you have set up your account, or logged in, then follow the on screen prompts to process your payment via the Secure e-payments sites we have available (Secure Trading, Paypal, Amazon or Pay4Later).
All payment sites use a secure server and all of your information is fully encrypted, using SSL technology.
When you are entering your details on the payment site, a box may pop up giving you the option to register with either 'Mastercard SecureCode' or 'Verified By Visa', depending on which card you are using, or to sign into them if you are already registered.
These services both work in the same way and are designed to add extra security to using your card online by allowing you to protect it with a secret password that you create.
This password is registered with your card-issuing bank only, and from that point on you will be prompted to enter it on any website that supports the technology.

Placing your order by telephone
To place your order with us please call us on 0330 1028384 during trading hours, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm. Charges for calls are at normal national rate and not at any premium rate. Alternatively if you wish for us to call you, please email us at email@example.com with a brief note as to the nature of your call and your telephone number, and one of our sales team will call you back as soon as possible or at a time that is convenient for you.
