Pink Watches
Colourful timepieces are seeing a resurgence and pink watches are catching on quickly. Located on an artist’s palette between red and white the shade has never been more popular as a watch decoration in recent years. This is due in part to recent technological and marketing advances such as ceramic straps and bezels.
In the late 19th century, the colour became most commonly associated as being cute and feminine. Nevertheless, it also has more manly characteristics, becoming the new standard for cricket balls in day/night matches and the traditional colour of financial and sporting newspapers.
