Job Details - Branch Manager – Kidderminster Store (Flagship Store)
THE ROLE
If you are a person that can make things happen are self motivated and enthusiastic, then you have found your ideal job. This is a position where you will be able to put your ideas over to a forward thinking Management team. Your ideas could really make a difference.
After a in-depth induction to the company and the management role you will be taking, you will be responsible for maximising your stores sales and profit potential. In addition to managing resources and activities you will be responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and knowledgeable team who will provide excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Management experience in a highly customer focused environment
- Proven track record of managing and building a sales team
- Experience of working towards sales targets
- Ability to interpret business data
- Previous stock control management experience
- A keen desire to learn and develop;
- We will provide product training where and when necessary
- We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with a desire to succeed.
