“This watch was very difficult to find but WatchHut had it and the service has been excellent. Delivered on a Saturday morning which was very convenient. However the watch itself is proving problematic as the links are so stiffly attached that my experienced jeweller has been unable to remove the links I need to make it fit me. I am therefore having to return it for exchange or refund. A pity because it's a very pretty watch which exactly matches my desire for a bangle look but a bracelet fit. I hope the problem is going to be resolved satisfactorily. Not sure what rating to give it - 5 for style but only 1 because at the moment I can't get it altered to fit?”
