“This is a lovely watch and beautifully made, EXCEPT, and a big except, the bezel. Seiko boast that this is TiCN which is a titanium type coating, extremely hardwearing, in fact it's used on machine tools such as drills. However, after about 4 weeks of owning the watch, I noticed chips on the bezel. To say I wasn't best pleased is an understatement. I wrote to Seiko and complained, they advised me to send the watch to them for inspection, which I did. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but to give Seiko Uk a big thumbs up, they replaced the bezel as a goodwill gesture and also replaced it with the stainless steel version from the SRH0003 variant as I felt as though it would just happen again with the original. As a bonus, the watch looks even better with the SS bezel, so I'm even more pleased than when I received it. A small issue that Seiko need to sort out but credit where credit's due, they were 100% on the customer service front. A happy Seiko owner again.”
